On Sunday, June 8, 2008, we had a bearing fail on the spring tension shaft of our smaller garage door. We looked in the phone book yellow pages and saw your ad for 24- hour service. I talked with Jerry and he indicated he would have a technician at our house within the hour. I couldn’t believe it! Within 30 minutes, Mike shows up with all the tools and parts required…another I couldn’t believe it. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and a hard worker. He was able to point out potential problems with our existing operating system and make the corrections and repairs necessary to insure better operation on both garage doors. Mike was able to provide the appropriate discounts (‘cause we’re old) and went over every detail of the labor and parts used an the applicable costs. How proud you must be to have this young man representing your company. His attitude and work ethic are about reproach.
I will certainly let family, friends, and co-workers know about the Garage Door Service Guys. Again, what a pleasant experience it was having Mike show me how happy I could be spending my money with your company!

Just wanted to let you know that I had your company come out to fix a 'non working' garage door problem. We had the cedar planks replaced on our garage door with Hardy Siding (heavy stuff) and as a result, the opener wouldn't handle the new weight.
Mike D. came out, analyzed the problem, explained what would be needed, made a few additional recommendations, then got to work. The result? We now have a \'three spring\' system that lifts the door, and runs quieter than it ever has.
Mike showed me the replaced parts, explained the quality of the new parts and the lifetime warranty that comes with the springs and new rollers. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. I will recommend you to my neighbors and friends.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with your company. I had John at my house last night within an hour of calling your offices. John replaced my opener, repaired my door, and had me operational again in record time - Did I mention the service call and repair work occurred after 9:00pm on a Friday evening? There are very few (if any) companies out there that are committed to providing such phenomenal customer service.
John was exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job!
